Depending on the options chosen, elliptIQ customizes DiscipleConnect both graphically and technologically, so that residents will be as at home in their online community as they are in their church. The level of customization you choose may be the included templated approach allowing selection from a wide array of color combinations using a number of specified layouts with your church logo. Or with an additional investment, you may choose to start with a 'blank sheet' and receive a full graphic and layout customization that will meet the most discriminating requirements. Content brings the network to life and gives the user a sense of excitement, creates initial network acceptance. Long - term success of the network depends on fresh, relevant content available throughout the site. DiscipleConnect is designed to be extremely user friendly. You can administer content with intuitive, point and click interfaces throughout the site as well as delegate administration to a wide variety of sub administrators. For the more complex sites DiscipleConnect will, as an option, use its' expertise to upload all available digital initial site content creating a thorough and balanced presence on the site at initial launch assuring positive first impressions from users. Successful utilization of any community network occurs with numerous tools available to administrators and users. All DiscipleConnect installations include context sensitive help, administrator manuals, and user-friendly, intuitive administration. We also offer an administrative web site that provides online training vignettes and peer sharing. In addition to those resources, elliptIQ makes available a wide variety of optional live training opportunities. On Site - Larger networks with numerous administrators may choose a thorough on location training at the time of installation and at the time of major upgrades. Training is generally held in two sessions on the same day to include a more focused, hands-on effort for a variety of constituents. Virtual Remote - An affordable alternative to on location training, a live start up tutorial using a guided system walkthrough via phone conference is available as an option. Small Group - You may also wish to consider refresher courses or training for new admins at other times. A unique series of group training opportunities will be available in our Atlanta Headquarters. These may be small group training where participants will receive a formal training presentation along with informal one-on-one assistance and the chance to collaborate with other administrators. Similar training can be arranged on an individual basis. Initially offered in Atlanta, it is envisioned that other locations will be added for training events as demand warrants. Support
